CANCELLATION POLICY
You are able to Cancel/Reschedule your appointment, without penalty, up to 48 hours in advance. Cancelling/Rescheduling an appointment 48 hours before will result in a 50% Service Charge. Cancelling/Rescheduling an appointment 24 hours before, or day of, an appointment will result in a 100% Service Charge. Failure to show up to an appointment will result in a 100% Service Charge. If card on file is declined, the balance will be carried over and is to be paid before another appointment can be booked.
