CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS • A 50% deposit is required to book for new clients. • Deposits are refundable only with 48+ hours notice of cancellation. • Less than 48 hours notice: 50% service fee charged. • No-show or no contact: 100% service fee charged. • Unpaid or declined payments carry a balance and must be paid before booking again.
